KYC Verification Policy

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and to ensure the safety and security of all guests and our properties, City Scape View mandates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process for all bookings.

The following documents are required:

A valid, government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, International Passport, or Driver's Licence)
A recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of address
A clear passport photograph of the primary guest

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid. KYC documents are stored securely and are only used for verification purposes.
